In July of 1952, Pietro Batazzi established the first metal bank of the city of Valenza, under the name of Batazzi & C. S.p.A. Its original manufacturer’s trademark, AL 548, is still stamped on all the metal sold and processed by the company today.

In 1972, it established its headquarters at the current manufacturing facility, still the only one in urban Valenza.

This structure houses the area's largest incineration plant to date, equipped with 4 ovens.

In the early 1990's, the company changed ownership and management. The company name was changed to the current one, Batazzi Metalli Preziosi S.p.A.
From this time, the client base expanded and the company target was transformed and was directed toward a clientele that produces jewelry of the highest quality.

Within this policy the new partners have been able to attract many of the most important international actors in the sector, which are still our company's pride and joy.
